We receive our payments with all kinds of debit / credit cards, single withdrawal and installment options, with the assurance of Iyzico.

In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order.

Our minimum order amount is 100 ₺.

In case of possible customer-induced order cancellations, you will be refunded within the time promised by the Iyzico platform.

Payment at the door is not active on the grounds that our products are food products, in order to protect the health of the products.

We are not able to receive payment by money order / EFT. All of our payments are protected by Iyzico assurance.

For orders of 400 ₺ or more, shipping costs are covered by our company. For orders under 400 ₺, shipping fee is 40 ₺ regardless of parcel size and address.

We send your orders in thick, sterile, heat and air-proof food boxes approved by the relevant ministries, with fast and urgent food cargo label and status. We provide a high rate of delivery to central provinces and districts (such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir...) the next day after we deliver the cargo. For example, if we delivered it to the cargo on Tuesday, delivery is provided on Wednesday. Regardless of summer or winter, the waiting time of our parcels in the cargo is 4 days (96 hours) as a result of the tests we carried out with our food engineers. As soon as this period is exceeded, our company withdraws and destroys the parcel with or without informing the customer. We have not come across such a situation since we started shipping by courier (24 months).

We are trying to view and prepare your parcels from the moment the order arrives. From the day the order is placed, the time interval we give to deliver to the cargo is 1-3 days.

We only work with Yurtiçi Kargo company. We reject your requests to provide shipping with an external courier company, on behalf of your understanding. Your parcels are charged at a discount within our agreement.

In order for the product to be delivered without delay, please state the address of your current location as the delivery address. Our company does not accept any responsibility or return for the wrong address, not being able to find the address on the delivery day and after the message is sent, address changes (except in cases where it has been notified beforehand). Although it is the responsibility of our company to follow the course of the cargo, it is also the responsibility of our customers. Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order.

You are requested to send the packages that you think are damaged during shipment to our contact numbers via video and photo, provided that they are first sent to our company at the time of delivery. Otherwise, your request will be invalid. If you think that there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company. After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty. If the product is damaged: Send the report you have prepared to 05518291903 via WhatsApp as soon as possible and notify the situation to cundamarin@outlook.com. If you perform these operations, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible. If you briefly explain why you want to return the product, you will help us in our work on the product.

We do not accept responsibility for the problem of delivery delays caused by the wrong address written at the time of order on our site, which is one of the situations we encounter. Please write your address correctly, clearly and in detail. (Street, neighborhood, street, boulevard, door number, apartment / office name, floor etc...)

In order to return cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, reproducible software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), their packages are unopened, untested, intact. and they should be unused.
